In 2021, Indemand Care was founded with a vision rooted in celebration, fair compensation, and recognition for the incredible nurses and caregivers who dedicate themselves to providing exceptional care day in and day out. The driving force behind this visionary company was none other than its founder, Avery Robson.

Avery's deep-seated belief was that the heart and soul of any organization in the healthcare field rested on the shoulders of those who offered compassionate care to their patients. Avery, our experienced owner and CEO, has worked in long-term care facilities across Canada, gaining knowledge and experience that can only be earned through years of dedicated service. Her care for others, as well as her leadership and generosity, has made her invaluable to our team.
